So, if you are anything like me, your dog is your best friend, and sometimes, you get a little carried away with spoiling your best friend! Now, I consider myself a huge dog lover, but my sister definitely surpasses me in the spoiling category! Meet Daisy. Daisy is my sister's first dog and kinda… first child :) lol…. So, this last Spring Break my family went to Sarasota, FL and that meant Daisy flew to Florida as well! Daisy was a pro and made it there with class.
So, what does a posh puppy need to do in order to make a fashion statement during Spring Break or this Summer? Well first, if you are going to be doing any beach time, and you want to make sure your dog won't drown, you need a life jacket. Daisy is sporting a red, black, and grey life jacket by "Outward Hound." This fashion forward jacket can be purchased at Pet Smart for $18.99.
Now, that we have our life jacket ready for the dog beach and water sports, we need to make sure that Daisy's eyes are protected from the hot Florida sun. There is this adorable little pet store in Fishermen's Village, Punta Gorda, Florida called "Salty Paws." Salty Paws will cater to every dog lover's wildest dreams! There are strollers for those long walks around St. Armands Square, sun glasses in every color to match your pup's outfits; of course, and more toys than you could ever imagine!
If you are not going to be in Punta Gorda anytime soon, there is a great website www.saltypaws.com that offers a small selection of what their store carries. And last but not least, a lot of our best friends need sun screen for those long days on the beach. Epi-pet sun treatment is a veterinarian recommended sunscreen company that specializes in FDA approved Suntan lotion for pets that if licked, does not harm our furry friends! www.epi-pet.com So, be like Daisy and soak up the sun this summer with fashionable gear that will not only get your pup lots of attention but also keep your best friend safe all summer long! From Millionaire Corner, I'm Heather Kiely reminding you to keep your investments where you can see them, on your furry best friend; of course!
